My Employer is called Oxford Space Systems based in the Harwell science centre in Oxfordshire.
Hi, my name is Rob, i am an apprentice living in Oxfordshire where i live with my parents, four crazy dogs and a bearded dragon.
Some of my hobbies include going to the gym, walking my dogs, seeing movies. But my proudest hobby is teaching martial arts to all ages and I find this really rewarding as I love teaching people and watching them grow in body and spirit which is rather strange to be doing at 19 yrs old 🙂
I work in a highly skilled multicultural team of engineers to create deploy-able satellite structures for the space industry.
Which basically translates to satellites which unfold once in space.
My Typical Day: My typical day at work can easily change from building test rigs that will be used in future experiments, to being involved with the test of the company's most treasured project.
My role at work can vary from helping others and learning on the side, to actually being NEEDED for something which I absolutely love.
What I'd do with the money
Did not know there was money to begin with, I am not greedy so any money I win would be used in helping others. To do this I would invest it in a local STEM club.
