• Question: do you feel that you have missed out by not doing a degree?

      I personally think university is brilliant as it gives you a great chance to specialise in a field of your choice. I do not believe it is a place for people who are looking broadly into a field. As an apprentice I am exposed to many different fields of work all with their own specialist route which I could take. But at this stage I am not ready to do a degree. When I want to specialise I certainly will.

      So I do not think I have missed out at all. I am using my apprenticeship to find something I want to specialise in where I will then go to University.
