      There are a number of excellent women engineers in the field, doing amazing things! Whether you’re a boy or a girl doesn’t matter. As long as you apply yourself and work hard, no one can stop you!

      Over the last few years, women engineers have been popping up all over the industry and creating a brilliant difference in the world! It’s amazing how the industry is now finally levelling out with males and females and all as hard working and remarkable as one another:D

      There are more men than women, but the number of women is increasing which is good to see!

      In short, not enough. I’m still the only female engineer at my company and in my experience it’s never more than 20% females at Space Industry events. I look forward to the day woman are equally represented in this industry and I hope to do what I can to speed up the coming of that day!
