      I think there are a few ways of doing this, but the way I’d like to focus on is creating a platform where women in the industry do motivational speeches.

      Young ladies need to see role models which they can relate to, and having women talk about their successes will encourage younger ladies to consider a STEM career.

      I think it’s also important to kill the maths myth! – you don’t have to be good at maths to get into STEM, there’s a lot of career paths that you can take and again, with successful women sharing their stories it’ll help students realise they can achieve too!

      I’m doing my first ever motivational speech later this month, and I hope it’ll encourage others to join in but I’d like the help of other women too. We need to support each other
