Question: what is the ratio roughly from girls to boys in the company you work in?

Good question! it’s hard to put it into a number. I was the only female engineer in my first job, and in my second job, there was a few more females but still a lot more men. I have to say, I’m pleased with the number of females at NAVBLUE, but it’s still outnumbered by males. It’s nice to see the increase in females but still a requirement for a lot more. I’m often the only female in a meeting.
