• Question: How much force would you need to crush earth to its schwarzschild radius?

      So after checking my maths for the schwarzschild radius… The Earth would need to be crushed down to have a radius of around 8 mm before it would become a black hole.

      ‘How much force’ would be the wrong way to describe what’s needed to crush the Earth… The question would rather be ‘how much energy’? I haven’t checked the maths on this, but take it from me that it would be a crazy stupid load of energy required! 😛
