      I usually get around 5-6 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays)

      I get 26.5 days of holidays ( not including bank holidays )

      20 days, which might not seem like much but we work on the principal of “if the work is done, you can take as much time off as you want”. I’ve definitely gone over my “quota” this year but my bosses are happy with my work so they don’t mind.
