After school and A-levels, I did what is called a Bachelor’s degree. Which is a basic engineering degree. Then I followed this with a Masters’ degree, during which I learnt a bit more about engineering. Then, around five years ago, I became a chartered engineer. This means, my work and education were assessed by a committee of peers, who decided I had enough knowledge and experience to make big engineering decisions and sign important engineering reports!
