      The most important aspect of my job is making sure that all pieces manufactured for Oxford Space Systems is made properly and is properly cleaned down. And the most vital part of my job is ensuring I put together everything correctly to the dot of the design drawings and ensure everything is made before the deadlines of our customers. Our pieces are so small that they have to be precisely manufactured and picked up with such care and put together with such care. The smallest bit of damage can make a project fall back by months!!

      Making sure deadlines are met! this can really annoy customers and effects there flight planning, so it’s really important to keep customers updated
